This week is Health Care Volunteer Week, which is welcomed and celebrated at Concorde. We're a health care career college that believes strongly in the value and mission of volunteerism and community service. It's deeply ingrained in all of our Mission Statement tenets - integrity, respect for the individual, customer service, teamwork, and achievement. We even made "Community Based" one of the three pillars of who we are as a company.

Last year, we started internally our ConcordeCares program, whereby Concorde associates could take eight hours of work time during the year to volunteer at a local agency or organization. It was a huge success last year, and we plan on 2017 being even bigger and better as this health care career college launches into ConcordeCares, part 2.

The volunteerism of Concorde's students, faculty and staff is a year-round effort and, to commemorate Health Care Volunteer Week, we thought we'd highlight just a couple of the latest activities we've participated in as a health care career college.
