Concorde Career Colleges Announces Amanda Oppel as Kansas City Campus President

Concorde Career Colleges today announced the appointment of Amanda Oppel as president of the Kansas City campus.

“We are thrilled to welcome Amanda as our new Kansas City campus president. She brings a deep commitment to student success and a passion for building a culture of employee engagement and recognition. This, and her impressive breadth of education leadership, makes Amanda the perfect choice to lead our Kansas City team,” said Kevin Prehn, president of Concorde Career Colleges.

Oppel brings over 15 years of higher education experience. Prior to joining Concorde, she held several leadership positions at National American University, including seven years as executive campus director, executive director of strategic partnerships, vice president of enrollment and student services and chief operating officer at National American University. Most recently, she served as chief online education officer at Peru State College.

She holds a Doctor of Education and a Master of Management from National American University, a Master of Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from William Jewell College.

Oppel fills the vacancy left by Kate Packard, who was recently promoted to associate vice president to lead Concorde’s online growth initiative.

Therefore, Concorde cannot guarantee that graduates will be eligible to take these exams, at all or at any specific time, regardless of their eligibility status upon enrollment.
